Cordelia Cruises
Cordelia Cruises is operated by Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited (formerly Waterways Leisure Tourism Private Limited). The company was incorporated in 2020, and Cordelia began operations in September 2021.
Founder / Leadership
Mr. Jurgen Bailom was the key executive behind the launch of Cordelia Cruises and served as President & CEO of Waterways Leisure Tourism. He played an important role in selecting and preparing the first ship, The Empress, for the Indian market.
It is more accurate to describe him as the founding/launch CEO and key leader, rather than simply calling him the legal founder of the company.
First Ship – The Empress
Cordelia's first ship was The Empress, formerly known as Empress of the Seas under Royal Caribbean. It was purchased by Waterways Leisure Tourism in late 2020 and subsequently introduced under the Cordelia Cruises brand.

First Voyage
Cordelia's inaugural operation was from Mumbai. The Empress began service on 16 September 2021, initially operating a two-night round voyage from Mumbai.
The original planned launch was earlier in 2021, but it was postponed because of the COVID-19 situation in India.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a Cordelia Cruises booking is subject to the cancellation terms and fare conditions applicable to the confirmed booking.
Eligible direct bookings may offer risk-free cancellation up to 8 days before sailing.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the appropriate booking channel.
Cancellations made close to the sailing date may be subject to cancellation charges or may be non-refundable.
No-show or unused cruise bookings may not be eligible for a refund.
Promotional, discounted, group, corporate and special-fare bookings may have separate cancellation conditions.
If Cordelia Cruises cancels or significantly changes a sailing due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond its control, the applicable remedy will be provided according to the passenger cruise ticket contract.
Expenses for flights, trains, hotels, taxis, transfers or other arrangements made separately by passengers may not be refundable in the event of cruise cancellation.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment method and booking channel.
Any applicable taxes, administrative charges, service fees or cancellation charges will be deducted according to the applicable booking terms.

Introduction

The Site, and the services of each of its modules, is offered exclusively by WLTPL and or its various third party providers and distributors.
The terms and conditions set out below ("Conditions") apply to your use of the Site including the use of the information services offered on the Site.

The Site contains the name, trade and service marks, logos, devices of Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited (Formally known as Waterways Leisure Tourism Private Limited), Cordelia Cruises, and other valuable trade and service marks owned by WLTPL or licensed to WLTPL to distinguish its services and products (collectively referred to as “WLTPL Intellectual Property”). WLTPL Intellectual Property is protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and may not be reproduced, copied or otherwise used in any manner whatsoever, on any material whether tangible or intangible, without the express prior written permission and consent of WLTPL. Without limitation, you must not use any of the said trade or service marks, either alone or in conjunction or combination or variation with other trade and service marks, logos and devices:
In or as the whole or part of your own trademarks;
In connection with activities, products or services which are not undertaken or provided by WLTPL;
In a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or
In a manner that disparages WLTPL or its information, products or services (including the Site).
Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the trademarks without the written permission of WLTPL or such other party that may own the trademarks.
The image of vessels, registered brand and other Intellectual property are owned by WLTPL. Any use of the images without our express consent in writing shall constitute infringement of our Intellectual Property Rights/registered Trademarks.
